To check the accuracy of the software developed using ANN, a t-test compared the results obtained using ANN and the results manually counted by the researcher. The significance probability (p) value was greater than 0.05, indicating that the difference between the two was not statistically significant, as shown in Table 2. In other words, the ANN-based software created for microfiber analysis was as accurate as manual counting
