Innovation and sustainability have become the greatest driver of success for the global fashion and textile industry which are among the largest employers in Korea and globally.  The magnitude and complexity of this unprecedented market disruption has academia and the practitioners struggling to manage the phenomena. With information available 24/7/365 through digital access and transformative technology, the conventional perspective and analytic approach are not able to keep business sustainability nor value equation. Minimal research addresses this phenomenon and a robust body of knowledge is lacking to frame understanding.
